These moments inspired my transition from assisting individuals in the skies to empowering them on the ground, helping them see that life’s obstacles, like turbulence, are temporary and manageable with the right mindset and tools. I hold a Practitioner Coaching Diploma from Noble Manhattan and have completed Career and Executive Coaching training with Coach2Transform.
Additionally, I am certified in Emotional Intelligence (EQ), equipping me to guide clients in understanding and managing their emotions, fostering stronger relationships, and achieving greater personal and professional effectiveness. Sabine Balka’s journey is a remarkable testament to dedication and resilience in the interior design industry. Over the past 30 years, she has evolved from a novice employee to a Senior Interior Designer and Certified Coach, showcasing her commitment to personal and professional growth.
Starting her career in interior design, Sabine garnered extensive experience by working in various roles, ultimately rising to the project manager position. This progression afforded her valuable insights into the dynamics of teamwork, leadership, and the intricacies of managing relationships in the workplace. Throughout her career, she encountered triumphs and challenges, including the intense pressure and burnout that can accompany creative professions.
Now, as a Certified Coach, Sabine aims to share her wealth of knowledge and experience with others.
